On-going costs for Advanced SiteBots: Monthly fees vary based on the amount of simultaneous chats, the complexity and verbosity of the questions and answers and other elements.
Tokens: Tokens equate to how many words you can have in your input and output (question and answer). Tokens are charged at $10 per 1 Million tokens. Your initial account comes with 1 Million tokens. One question and answer through the Chatbot can run anywhere from 50 to 5,000 tokens. It depends on a number of elements including how complex the question is and how detailed the response is, which AI platform we use (GPT 3.5, GPT 4.0, etc.), and even the context of the question can affect your token usage.
Turnaround time: Typically 3-5 days for our Customer Service Chatbot. Our Advanced Chatbots can take up to two weeks depending on the complexity of the client's requirements.
